This guarantee applies to the two university admission packages: payment is made via an official service contract guaranteeing a full refund if every university applied to issues a rejection, transferred within 14 days. Admission procedures normally take 40 to 90 days from the official submission date for each university; if the 90 days expire with no official reply, the application is treated as rejected. Any single admission ends the guarantee. The Company's fee covers preparing the file and obtaining the admission, so a visa refusal gives no right to a refund of it. The Romanian Scholarship service is advisory and not covered by this guarantee, as the decision rests with the government evaluation committee.
